Our fascia roller enables the fascial structures to be rolled out, allowing both the upper back and the thoracic spine to be better mobilized. The recesses in the fascia rollers allow the fascia to be massaged on the left and right of the spine over a large area and less selectively, which protects the spine. 

Training is possible from a normal sitting height and is therefore much more comfortable than rolling on the floor.
