Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you take possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, will be returned to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this purpose, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Repayment may be refused or withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. The goods must be returned to us immediately and in any case within 14 days of the date of withdrawal from the contract at the latest. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by you.

If the goods lose value due to unnecessary handling by you, you must pay for the loss in value of the goods. This loss in value is determined by checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
