Exercise 1: The fle-xx new classic CDF side bend (latissimus) is primarily used to prevent neck and lumbar spine complaints or to reduce existing complaints. If the pelvis is not kept parallel during the exercise described, the outer foot can be crossed in front of the inner foot for better stabilization.
