1st exercise: The fle-xx new classic oak lateral tilt (latissimus) is to be used primarily for the prevention of neck and lumbar spine complaints, or to reduce existing complaints. If the pelvis is not kept parallel during the exercise described, the outer foot can be crossed in front of the inner foot for better stabilization.
